great size quick repair
The room was a great size during my two-night stay. I reported a heating issue, and maintenance addressed it quickly through reception. The hotel location offers convenient access to nearby attractions.
I found that the bar and restaurant were closed despite the advertisement. The shower worked poorly, and room temperature control was not effective. Road noise from the nearby motorway was noticeable.

I booked a double room and it was ready on arrival. The room was tidy. The bed was quite comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast had a decent selection of food and drinks.

Mixed experience with MAJOR issues

ineffective heating terrible sleep
The location proved acceptable. It was near the subway.
The room heating was completely ineffective. It switched off soon after I entered the room. I HAD to go down five floors to reception. It switched off again in the middle of the night. I experienced a terrible sleep.

helpful staff hot selection ample space train station
i found the staff to be very helpful with directions and local information. the breakfast offered many choices including hot and cold selections. the room provided ample space for luggage and personal items. i particularly appreciated the proximity to the train station , , made commuting simple.
the hallway carpets showed slight wear and tear near the elevators.

a good city stay

friendly staff easy request
i found the staff to be wonderfully friendly. extra towels were easily obtained. adding an extra night was also quite easy. there was no need to switch rooms, a definite plus for convenience.
