The room was a great size during my two-night stay. I reported a heating issue, and maintenance addressed it quickly through reception. The hotel location offers convenient access to nearby attractions.
I found that the bar and restaurant were closed despite the advertisement. The shower worked poorly, and room temperature control was not effective. Road noise from the nearby motorway was noticeable.

The location proved acceptable. It was near the subway.
The room heating was completely ineffective. It switched off soon after I entered the room. I HAD to go down five floors to reception. It switched off again in the middle of the night. I experienced a terrible sleep.

friendly staffeasy request
i found the staff to be wonderfully friendly. extra towels were easily obtained. adding an extra night was also quite easy. there was no need to switch rooms, a definite plus for convenience.
